How to sign a PDF without printing and scanning

Printing a contract, signing it and scanning it back wastes ten minutes and a sheet of paper. You can add your signature to the PDF directly.
Sign a PDF in a minute
- Open Sign PDF and drop your document.
- Create a signature by drawing it, typing your name or uploading an image of your handwriting.
- Click the signature line on the page, adjust the size if needed, and add more signatures or initials on other pages.
- Save and download the signed PDF.
What kind of signature is this?
The tool places a visible signature image on the page. That is accepted for many everyday documents such as internal forms, rental paperwork and permission slips. It is not a certificate-based digital signature. Some contracts and regulated processes require a qualified e-signature service, so confirm what the other party needs.
Make it final
After signing, use Flatten PDF so the signature and form fields become part of the page. If you are sending the file by email, add a password with Protect PDF.
