Intelli File ("we", "us") provides PDF tools that run in your web browser. This policy explains what data we handle.
Your files
PDF and image processing happens locally on your device using JavaScript. Your files are not uploaded to our servers and we cannot see their contents.
Data we collect
- Account data: email address, optional name, and a salted hash of your password (or your Google account identifier if you sign in with Google).
- Usage counters: when you run a tool we record the tool name, a timestamp and your account or anonymous identifier, so that we can apply daily limits. For anonymous visitors we use a random cookie and a salted hash of your IP address; the raw IP address is not stored.
- Billing data: payments are handled by Stripe. We store your Stripe customer and subscription identifiers and subscription status, never your card number.
- Analytics: we use privacy-friendly Vercel Web Analytics to measure page views. It does not use cookies or track you across sites.
Cookies
We use strictly necessary cookies: a session cookie when you are signed in, and an anonymous identifier cookie to apply free-tier limits.
Service providers
We rely on Vercel (hosting and analytics), Neon (database), Stripe (payments) and, if you choose it, Google (sign-in). They process data only to provide their services to us.
Retention and your rights
Account data is kept while your account exists. You may request access to or deletion of your data at any time by emailing yufan.zheng.ai@gmail.com. Where required, we handle requests under applicable laws such as GDPR and CCPA.
Changes
We may update this policy and will change the date above when we do.
